October 2011: In recognition of her progression within Align, Sarah-Louise Witchell has been promoted to Assistant Surveyor.

New Appointment

February 2012: Align appointed to provide Project Co-ordination, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services on a luxury house at Beaulieu, Hampshire, overlooking the Solent, comprising approximately 6,000 ft², with outside swimming pool, including associated external works and landscaping.

February 2012: Align appointed by Borough of Poole to provide Cost Planning services in respect of extensive external works within the existing grounds at an existing local community facility.

December 2011: Align appointed to provide Quantity Surveying and CDM Co-ordination services on a part constructed luxury house at St George’s Hill, Weybridge, comprising approximately 20,000 ft², including basement leisure suite, car parking, staff accommodation, including associated external works and landscaping.

December 2011: Align appointed by Royal Berkshire Fire & Rescue Service to assist with its term maintenance procurement process.
