Sub-Contract Procurement:
Our contracting experience enables us to provide a sub-contract procurement service whereby we undertake the cost and contractual management of trade sub-contractors in circumstances where a client is equipped with sufficient expertise, and resources, to manage and co-ordinate the sub-contractors on site in the same manner as that of a contractor.
This service involves tendering each trade package to suitable sub-contractors, preparing sub-contract documentation, evaluating payments due to each sub-contractor during the course of their works and agreeing the final cost of each package with the respective sub-contractors.
